Paragon provide services using one of the following options.

Contracting
The most common form of business whereby Paragon's services are paid for on time and materials basis. Typically, staff work from Paragon's offices with periodic on-site visits and continuous communication via e-mail and conference calls.

Outsourcing
Sometimes a company may wish to outsource a complete development. Paragon, with its mix of Project Management, Product development experience and technical ability are more than capable of taking on such a development.

Partnership
Sometimes a company may have a great idea but might be struggling to get that idea to market due to funding. Paragon might consider working under one of the following arrangements:

• Royalties
  customer pays royalties to Paragon on the sales of the product.

• Equity
  Paragon take equity in the customer business in lieu of cash payments.

• Joint Venture
  A joint venture would be established between the two companies. Detailed working relationships would be on a case-by-case project.
