Patented intellectual property in digital signal processing algorithms can be embedded in electronics using field programmable gate array firmware – the “IP Core”.
Paragon has partnered with New Zealand's own Industrial Research Limited (IRL) as the worldwide distributor of their IP Core licenses. IRL has significant research and development capability in digital signal processing algorithm creation and implementation on FPGA and DSP platforms.
VHDL for any FPGA/ASIC architecture
Competitive Netlist and RTL source licensing
Support direct from the developers
Core customisation
World class IP Cores developed at IRL, New Zealand's crown research institute servicing industry and government
We offer model simulation trials, Netlists matched to your requirements and, when required, VHDL source licenses. Licenses are competively priced to suit both commercial and academic applications. All IP comes with integration documentation and user guide, and comprehensive verification testbench and vectors in VHDL.
All cores come with direct access to the development team at IRL and in most cases there is 48 hour turn around on customer support enquiries. Additional to the basic support package, we welcome enquires for detailed integration services or development of customised IP.
The licensible IP core firmware is developed and used by IRL, both in research projects and in commercial development contracts. Paragon is the exclusive worldwide distributor of IRL's IP cores.
