Paragon's development services are typically supplied on a time and materials basis. Staff usually work from Paragon's offices with periodic on-site visits and continuous communication via e-mail and conference calls.
A company may wish to outsource a complete development. Paragon, with its mix of project management, development experience and technical ability is more than capable of taking on such a development.
Paragon offers consultancy services where our expert knowledge is applied to any range of new ideas and problems or existing projects and designs. This can be an independent service or the first step before engaging in contract development.
Sometimes a company may have a great idea but might be struggling to get that idea to market due to funding. Paragon might consider working under one of the following arrangements:
Royalties - customer pays royalties to Paragon on the sales of the product.
Equity - Paragon takes equity in the customer business in lieu of cash payments.
Joint Venture - A joint venture established between the two companies with detailed working relationships decided on a case-by-case project.
