Organisations about to implement a design may seek independent advice from Paragon to better understand their options and mitigate any risks.

We are experienced with many technologies and able to review their capabilities and limitations. Feasibility is often essential to help you manage project funding and to calculate the obtainable ROI.
The specification is established from the requirements and design features of a project and is typically refined in iterations. Most projects require a functional prototype to test the design and also the product's effectiveness in the real world.
The release or production of the end product is where Paragon's engineering and project management services come together to produce results. The design is solidified, implemented, tested and produced. We can also co-ordinate compliance testing, factory production and system deployment.
